Plan Ahead for the Best Experience
All purchased gift certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. While that gives you plenty of time, please remember that extensions beyond this period are not possible. We encourage you to book early, especially during busy periods, to secure your preferred time and day.

Last-minute bookings can be tricky to accommodate, and we’d hate for you to miss out—so call us, and we’ll help you plan the perfect visit.

 
How to Book with Your Gift Certificate
Redeeming your voucher is simple and stress-free when you call our reception team. We’ll use your gift card to secure your appointment, ensuring no additional booking fees are required.  If you choose to book online, please note that a non-refundable booking fee will apply. To avoid this, we recommend calling us directly for a seamless experience.

 
At Checkout
Your gift card must be presented at checkout on the day of your service. If the gift card is not provided, the full payment for the service will be required.

If your voucher was purchased for a specific package, please keep all details (including the package name) to ensure you don’t pay any extra. While package prices may vary over time, an original voucher with the package name guarantees you’ll receive the full service with no additional costs. If details are missing, the original dollar value of the voucher will be applied, and any balance will be payable at checkout.

 
Our Commitment to You—And Yours to Us
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the total cost of the booked service being deducted from your gift card.

If you arrive late to your appointment, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, your service time may need to be adjusted to ensure we stay on schedule and respect other clients.

 
Important Reminders

Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, so please keep them safe.
Gift certificates are non-transferable, redeemable for services only, and cannot be used for product purchases.
Gift certificates cannot be extended beyond their original 3-year validity period.
